The City of Southlake enforces seasonal water use restrictions during drought conditions, typically limiting irrigation to two scheduled days per week based on your address number. Current restriction stages are posted on the City of Southlake water utilities page. We coordinate fertilization and pre-emergent application timing around active restrictions to maximize treatment effectiveness.

Most master-planned communities in Southlake — including Timarron, Carillon, and Stone Lakes — maintain HOA standards for mowing frequency, edging appearance, bed maintenance, and weed control. We are familiar with the typical requirements in these communities. Share your HOA guidelines when you book and we will make sure every visit meets them.

Lot size, grass type, service frequency, and property complexity are the main factors. Southlake lots trend larger than the DFW average, and estate-size properties are quoted individually rather than by a flat rate. Every quote is free, property-specific, and provided before any work starts.

We respond to quote requests within one business hour, and most Southlake properties can be added to a route within days because the city is our home base. Call or text 817-482-6373 and we can usually confirm your service day on the first call.
