1. Agreement to Terms By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or hiring Backyard Boys Outdoor Contracting LLC (“Backyard Boys,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided Backyard Boys provides residential and light commercial outdoor solutions, including but not limited to: Lawn care and maintenance, landscaping projects, yard cleanups and debris haul-offs, mulching and bed refreshes, bush and tree trimming, pressure washing, seasonal services such as leaf removal and holiday lights, specialty and custom outdoor requests. Service availability may vary by location (DFW & OKC).
3. Estimates & Scope of Work All quotes are
good-faith estimates based on the information available at the time.
Final pricing may change if: the scope increases hidden debris or hazards are discovered additional services are requested conditions differ from what was described or shown. Any changes will be communicated clearly before the work continues.
4. Scheduling & Weather Project dates are scheduled based on: crew availability, weather conditions, equipment access. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling We request
24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a
non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure: the property is accessible, pets are secured, irrigation hazards are noted, gates, locks, or obstructions are addressed. We are not responsible for damage caused by
unmarked irrigation heads, cables, sprinklers, rocks, toys, or hidden debris beneath grass or shrubs.
7. Payments Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms include: cash, card, digital payments, invoicing (pending approval) Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension or fees.
8. Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee Backyard Boys is committed to clean finishes and disciplined work.
If you are unsatisfied with any part of the job, notify us within
24 hours, and we will address reasonable concerns. We cannot guarantee outcomes affected by: weather, soil conditions, plant health, irrigation issues, homeowner maintenance practices.
9. Safety & Liability We operate safely, professionally, and with care.
However, Backyard Boys is not liable for: pre-existing damage, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays outside our control, harm caused by concealed hazards. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.Backyard Boys Outdoor Contracting LLC carries general liability insurance.
10. Media & Photography By hiring Backyard Boys, you agree that
before-and-after photos or videos of the work performed may be used for: portfolio, marketing, social media, training, No addresses or personal identifying details will be shared.
If you prefer your project not be photographed, notify us prior to service.
11. Communication Backyard Boys may contact you via: phone, SMS, email, social platforms, regarding scheduling, invoices, updates, or promotions. You may opt out at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms as needed. All updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
